PHA Gala Raffle Terms and Conditions
The winner of the raffle is responsible for the following:
a) Full coverage insurance on the vehicle
b) All scheduled maintenance per owner's manual
c) Exterior and interior damage
d) Tires and batteries
e) Any applicable taxes
f) Limit to 25,000 miles per year; mileage overage charge is $.20 per mile
g) Tags and license after first year.
h) All non-warranty repairs.
i) Return the vehicle to Clements Subaru at the end of the 48-month term
